The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica de fusil CM16 Raider-L producida por G&G fue realizada en el marco del proyecto Combat Machine, cuyo objetivo es proporcionar réplicas de alta clase a un precio que pueda considerarse económico. Las réplicas de Combat Machine se caracterizan por la más alta calidad, característica de la empresa G&G, de mano de obra y cultura, así como por la alta calidad de los materiales utilizados. Así, el principal factor que permite reducir el precio es el uso de una carrocería de plástico de alta calidad en lugar de metal. También es importante señalar que el propio cañón es de plástico reforzado con fibra de vidrio, al igual que la empuñadura, la cabeza de cilindro y casi todas las piezas de plástico. El metal se utiliza para el cañón externo, la guía de la cabeza de cilindro, los percutores, el alojamiento del cargador y la mayoría de las piezas pequeñas.
El raíl dorsal RIS instalado permite acoplar cualquier dispositivo óptico de puntería, mientras que la cabeza de cilindro multiposición y recargable permite adaptar la réplica a las preferencias de cada usuario.
La empuñadura delantera de la réplica ha sido sustituida por un conjunto de raíles RIS, cada uno de 22 mm de ancho, que permiten la fijación de dired dotsos dispositivos y accesorios adicionales: linterna táctica, marcador láser de puntería, empuñadura táctica, etc.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
