The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Cabeza de pistón de POM con cojinete reforzado para un ROF elevado (TPNS)
La cabeza de pistón de POM diseñada para el ajuste de potencia y el funcionaminaento silencioso de la réplicas mediantela reducción del área de impacto.
Esla más ligera de las culatas producidas por la empresa italiana FPS Softair para fusils con cadencias de disparo superiores a 30 BBs/seg.
La culata reduce significativamente el peso del pistón, reduciendo así el estrés y el desde de gaste en el resto del sistema.
La forma específica del parachoques asegura que los orificios de ventilación nunca sean cerrados por el parachoques de la culata. De este modo, no queda demasiado aire entre la culata y la cabeza del pistón. Todo esto proporciona un sistema perfecto para evitar el vacío sin causar pérdida de potencia.
Esta culata ha sido desarrollada gracias a la experiencia de Nico Saccocci con NikkSakk.Extreme.Airsoftcustom.
Se incluye un cojinete metálico y una almohadilla de tecnopolímero.
Para afinaciones orientadas a una cadencia de tiro muy alta. El fabricante recominaenda el uso de una almohadilla de tecnopolímero para reducir el peso de la culata.
