The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Colimador JJ Airsoft ZV-1 con montura QD alta/baja
El red dot de JJ Airsoft se caracteriza por su durabilidad, ya que se ha fabricado con aluminio 6061 T6. Incluye una montura QD alta y una montura QD baja, que permitirán la fijación a raíles tipo RIS sin necesidad de herramientas adicionales. Además, el paquete incluye cubiertas de lentes y un Killflash. El propio red dot tiene un punto de mira de 2 MOA, funciona con una sola pila AAA (no incluida), y tiene 20 niveles de iluminación + 3 niveles para NVGs para seleccionar el brillo apropiado para las condiciones reinantes. El modelo tiene ajuste red dottical-horizontal (dentro de 30 MOA cada uno) y ajuste de paralaje dentro de +- 1 MOA.
El red dot ZV-1 de JJ Airsoft es un red dot ligero y duradero que viene con monturas QD - alta y baja. Tiene una amplia gama de ventajas - un gran número de niveles de iluminación incluyendo para dispositivos de visión nocturna.
