The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Completa Gearbox ELM v.3 High Torque
Completa gearbox diseñada para monturau en réplicas tipo AK. Durante su diseño, los ingenieros de E&L recogieron las mejores soluciones del mercado y también añadieron las suyas propias. El juego incluye motor ELM170 Standard Torque basado en imanes de neodimio. La estructura de los cojinetes es interesante y está bien pensada: los dos primeros engranajes están montados sobre cojinetes de bolas, mientras que el engranaje pistónestá montado sobre un cojinete liso. Por un lado, esto permite que las ruedas, que son las que más rotaciones hacen, trabajen con menos resistencia, mientras que por otro lado se minimiza el riesgo de fallo del piñón pistón, que es el que está sometido a la mayor sobrecarga.
Pistón la guía superior se elimina en la mayor parte de su longitud, lo que tiene un efecto mínimo en la estabilidad de su funcionamiento, pero una reducción mucho mayor de la fricción. Estas dos soluciones suponen una mayor cultura de funcionamiento, un mayor ROF y un menor consumo de energía
El sistema neumático también consta de un conjunto de silenciosos pistónun cabezal y un cilindro, lo que aumenta la vida útil del sistema gracias a una mejor amortiguación. Para evaluar la resistencia real de las piezas, el fabricante realizó pruebas de resistencia del GB con muelles M150 y M170 e incluso con estas potencias el GB hizo frente. En la prueba de referencia del muelle M150, se dispararon 20.000 rondas y se encontró un desgaste mínimo en las piezas. Esto demuestra que cuando se utiliza el muelle M130 de serie, el riesgo de tener que utilizar la garantía es mínimo.
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
