The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica La CAM MKIII Classic de APS es, sin duda, la más realista en funcionamiento y rendimiento escopeta disponible en el mercado del airsoft. Ya en el día de su lanzamiento se convirtió en un objeto de deseo para muchos coleccionistas, sin embargo, aparte de la decoración de la pared también es un arma muy eficaz para las acciones de airsoft con la especificidad de CQB.
Escopeta se ha fabricado con la máxima atención al detalle, la construcción es 100% de metal y acero, excepto la culata fija y la cama, que son de madera contrachapada natural lacada. El ajuste perfecto y los materiales utilizados en la producción hicieron que la CAM MKIII Classic causara una impresión extremadamente sólida nada más cogerla. Casi se siente como sostener un arma de fuego, no escopetas airsoft. La cómoda cantonera de goma dura proporciona un soporte estable mientras se dispara. Escopeta dispone de ganchos para fijar un cinturón de transporte.
Se trata de una escopeta con alimentación gas(CO2), que expulsa un cartucho vacío después de cada disparo y recarga. El proceso de recarga en sí es muy eficiente - la cama con el mecanismo se mueve suavemente, también el sonido de recarga en sí es un placer para el oído
APS ha utilizado aquí un sistema de alimentación ya conocido en réplicas fusil sniper APM50. El CO2 se carga directamente en cada cartucho. Para ello se utiliza un adaptador especial. EL JUEGO NO INCLUYE LAS CONCHAS NI EL ADAPTADOR
La CAM MKIII Classic de APS no es, sin duda, una pistola de airsoft ordinaria réplica. Se trata de la imitación de un arma de fuego de la familia de las escopetas de mayor alcance, tanto en lo que respecta al mecanismo de funcionamiento como al diseño externo

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
