The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Golden Eagle AT8703 Escopeta airsoft de palanca
La escopeta de palancaairsoft de Golden Eagle está fabricada con aluminio, acero y madera auténtica, entre otros materiales. La escopeta funciona con gas red dotde y utiliza los cartuchos incluidos para disparar, que pueden contener hasta 3 bolas.
Lo primero que llama la atención tras coger el modelo es la larga y sólida bancada de 14 pulgadas construida de acuerdo con el sistema M-LOK, que permitirá la instalación de accesorios adicionales como linterna, empuñadura delantera, láser, correa de transporte (la bancada dispone de 3 puntos QD), etc. Para permitir el montaje de accesorios ópticos, el modelo AT8703 ha sido equipado con un raíl RIS. El fusil tiene una petaca fija, que ha sido fabricada de madera. En el centro de la petaca encontramos el punto de enganche QD.
La réplica es una escopeta Lered dot Action - La recarga de la réplica se realiza tirando de la palanca de recarga hacia adelante y luego devolviéndola a la posición inicial. Una vez que se tira de la palanca de recarga hacia atrás, el usuario tendrá acceso a la recámara en la que podrá insertar cartuchos con bolas BB. Al mismo tiempo, hay un cargador tubular bajo el cañón que permitirá transportar cartuchos adicionales. Tras disparar y recargar de nuevo, la réplica "expulsará" los cartuchos usados, tomando al mismo tiempo uno nuevo del cargador.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
