The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La empresa Maple
Leaf, conocida por fabricar piezas de la máxima calidad para armas de airsoft,
incluidas las gomas Hop-Up, presenta su primera arma de airsoft completa, MLC
338. El arma de airsoft se ha creado utilizando piezas internas y externas de
la máxima calidad. Las piezas de alta calidad, que antes estaban disponibles
aquí como piezas de tuneo opcionales, se han encerrado en un diseño completo
para estar a la altura de la alta competición.
La elaboración
sólida va de la mano del rendimiento. En la versión de 190 m/s o
aproximadamente 620 FPS, el arma de airsoft recién sacada de la caja es
adecuada sin necesidad de realizar más modificaciones sobre el terreno. El
guardamanos está hecho de polímero de alta calidad y tiene revestimientos
especiales de goma ampliados en la parte delantera. La carrillera y la culata
ajustables permiten adaptarlas a las preferencias del jugador. Bajo la culata
hay un raíl RIS corto que permite montar un monopié.
En la parte
trasera del arma de airsoft hay un raíl RIS que permite el montaje de ópticas,
y debajo hay un agradable accesorio: ¡un nivel de burbuja!
Las piezas
internas están construidas con aluminio y acero CNC de alta calidad, y lo que
es más importante, son 100% compatibles con las piezas de tuneo estándar de la
VSR-10. El cañón del arma de airsoft tiene 428 mm de longitud, y combinado con
la goma Hop-Up Maple Leaf permite una precisión y un alcance excelentes.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
