The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La réplica está hecha de plástico y metal. El cuerpo y algunos elementos internos son de plástico. El metal se ha utilizado para el cañón, los elementos internos, el raíl RIS (22 mm) y los cierres de la culata. A diferencia de sus predecesores, este modelo tiene una culata adicional ajustable en altura. Además, el uso de una construcción especial de la culata permite modificar su longitud cambiando el número de arandelas y ajustando la altura de la carrillera. Una ventaja adicional de la nueva versión es la posibilidad de plegar la culata. Internamente, sigue siendo el conocido MB sólo que en un nuevo marco. Este modelo es una buena base para la construcción de un rifle de tamaño completo, simplemente eligiendo un bípode, una mira y un tuneo interno.
La versión Upgraded, además de tener más potencia que la versión estándar, cuenta con una serie de piezas internas reforzadas: un pistón y una guía de muelle de metal, así como elementos del sistema del gatillo.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
