The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Estuche para armas de Specna Arms
Hecho de material duradero, el Estuche para armas de 47 cm de Specna Arms cuenta con durabilidad, resistencia a la humedad y a los golpes. La funda es una solución unired dotsal para las personas que quieren transportar su equipo táctico y pistolas de una manera segura.
El lado interior de la solapa de la funda ha sido equipado con un inserto protector suave.
Al mismo tiempo, el compartimento principal ha sido equipado con:
-4 compartimentos flexibles con dimensiones de 26,5x3x12,5 cm, en los que se pueden transportar, por ejemplo, pistolas.
-18 compartimentos con dimensiones 12,5x4x2,5 cm. en los que se pueden alojar, por ejemplo, cargadores de pistola.
La maleta permite modificar el contenido. En lugar de 10 compartimentos para cargadores, podemos obtener un compartimento espacial con dimensiones de 27x9x12,5 cm.
La maleta tiene grado de protección contra el agua IP67 y grado de protección mecánica IK08.
La maleta está fabricada de material duradero y resistente a los cambios de temperatura, lo que garantiza la seguridad del equipo transportado. Toda la maleta se puede cerrar con dos sólidos pestillos. Para mayor seguridad, pueden utilizarse agujeros para candados (los candados deben adquirirse por separado). Las robustas asas de transporte ayudarán a mored dot la maleta y una junta de goma montada en el interior de la solapa protege contra la suciedad y el polvo.
La maleta está equipada con una válvula reguladora de presión.
