The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La red dotsión airsoft de muelle del fusil británico que durante décadas acompañó a los soldados en los frentes de la Primera y Segunda Guerras Mundiales en todos los rincones del mundo.
Hoy en día, el fusil aparece en varias películas y juegos de ordenador.
Un espectador atento o un jugador se dará cuenta rápidamente de que el fusil descrito aparece en 1917, Dunkerque o Battlefield 1,entre otras. La réplica es una copia fiel del legendario fusil, lo que supone una auténtica ganga para los amantes de la historia, especialmente de las guerras de 1914-1918 y 1939-1945.
Una de las características más importantes del fusil es su fabricación: la base y la cabeza de cilindro son de madera, lo que mejora la experiencia de uso de la réplica.
El cargador, el cañón, las miras, los puntos de sujeción al cinturón, la cerradura, la palanca de recarga, el guardamonte y la cabeza de cilindro son de metal.
El fusil tiene un seguro de 4 cañones y debe recargarse antes de efectuar cada disparo. Al recargar, el fusil expulsa una réplica de proyectil (se incluyen 6 proyectiles ficticios).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
