The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica está hecho principalmente de plástico, sobre todo de nylon muy flexible y duradero. Elementos como el cañón, el bipod, la fianza, los tornillos, los pasadores y las piezas internas son de metal. El juego incluye un metal de tipo cargador Hi-cap para 300 cartuchos que permite un disparo más largo.
Réplica está equipado con un carril RIS, bajo la parte delantera grip. Además, tiene las marcas de la versión del arma de fuego colocadas en el cuerpo. Fusil tiene un bi-pod incorporado para la estabilización adicional del tiro. En la empuñadura superior de transporte, hay un arco ajustable y unaculata fija.
La velocidad inicial de la réplicas es de ~360 FPS, lo que la convierte en una herramienta ideal para acciones de corto y medio alcance, así como para competiciones de tipo CQB - en este caso, también son importantes las dimensiones de réplicas y su diseño compacto en la configuración Bull-Pup, que permite una extensión significativa de cañónes interioresj manteniendo las dimensiones compactas.
Réplica ha sido equipado con el sistema BAXS, que es el equivalente al sistema Hop-up con un diseño ligeramente modificado, que permite conseguir una trayectoria más larga y estable del proyectil. La cámara de la caja de cambios es metálica, mientras que los engranajes son de acero,gracias a lo cual la vida útil de todo el sistema aumenta considerablemente.
