La réplicas de carabina CM16 SRF fabricada por G&G fue realizada bajo el proyecto Combat Machine, cuya preminasa es proporcionar réplicass de gama alta a precio económinaco. La serie Combat Machine se caracteriza por una alta calidad de fabricación, materiales y mano de obra. El factor principal, por lo tanto, en la reducción del precio es el uso de un cuerpo hecho de alta calidad plástico reforzado con fibra de vidrio, en lugar de metal.
El cuerpo del fusil está hecho de ligero y durable. El cañón del sistema de raíles MLOK es de metal. Además, el modelo está equipado con una petaca ajustable y plegable lateralmente GOS V7, que aloja la batería. La serie de réplicass Combat Machine utiliza actualmente el G2 con cambio rápido de muelle. En el interior, además de las habituales piezas de alta calidad G&G, lleva instalado un innovador sistema ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit). El sistema sustituye completamente al conector y actúa como un circuito de tipo MOSFET. El funcionaminaento del disparador electrónico confiere al sistema una excelente respuesta de disparo. Cada pulsación del gatillo produce un ciclo GB completo.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
