The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El fusil de
airsoft ha sido fabricado por JG con gran cuidado y atención al detalle. Para
su fabricación se ha utilizado plástico y metal de alta calidad.
Ésta es la
versión equipada con un juego completo de raíles de montaje de metal RIS de 22
mm en el lugar del delantero estándar. También viene con un raíl superior adicional
para óptica, montado en la parte trasera del cuerpo. Esto permite suministrar
el fusil de airsoft con toda una gama de accesorios adicionales, desde red dots
ópticos, grips e iluminación táctica hasta indicadores de puntería láser. El
cañón externo está acabado en una rosca de 14 mm, lo que permite montar un
silenciador en lugar de la bocacha de fábrica.
La batería está
colocada en el grip delantero, y para extraerla basta con tirar de un pasador
de montaje. La culata, acabada con un butt plate de goma, se puede plegar hacia
el lado derecho del arma de airsoft, y en esta posición permite disparar sin
problemas. El selector tiene marcas de modo de disparo en distintos colores y
es bilateral, lo que facilita su manejo a los zurdos. Un detalle interesante es
el guardamonte móvil: su posición puede ajustarse en 180 grados. El arma de
airsoft también está equipada con EBB (Electric Blow-Back), que es un sistema
que imita el retroceso y el funcionamiento de la corredera.
En el interior
del arma de airsoft, hay un sistema bien ajustado basado en el gearbox v.3
equipado, entre otros, con un conjunto de cremalleras de acero y una cabeza de
pistón direccional.
El kit incluye un
cargador de munición hi-cap de plástico con una capacidad aproximada de 100
bolas. Dispone de ganchos que permiten conectar varios cargadores de munición
entre sí.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
