The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Fusil de airsoft El KAR98K fabricado por PPS Airsoft fue hecho de una aleación uniforme de zinc y aluminio y madera. Réplica requiere la recarga antes de cada disparo. El largo cañón y el diseño específico de réplicas permiten, en combinación con una velocidad inicial de ~380 FPS, realizar disparos precisos a media distancia. Por supuesto, en relación con esto, no faltó la posibilidad de que el tirador ajustara los instrumentos mecánicos de puntería de forma cómoda y al mismo tiempo eficaz a las condiciones y preferencias del usuario.
El sistema bolas, convenientemente situado y que permite un fácil ajuste de la trayectoria de vuelo, Hop-up mejora notablemente el rendimiento de réplicas cuando se dispara a largas distancias.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
