The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Fusil de airsoft Lee Enfield No.4 fue fabricado con madera de alta calidad y aleación de zinc y aluminio. La culata y la tapa del cañón son de madera con herrajes de acero, mientras que elementos como los instrumentos de opticas, la cerradura, el cañón y el conjuntogasynk son de aleación de zinc y aluminio
La cerradura de precisión réplicas funciona muy suavemente. Esto compensa la falta de funcionalidad del diseño arcaico del cierre original, lo que hace que disparar con esta réplicas sea un puro placer.
Los instrumentos de opticas fusil u son completamente ajustable. Se puede cambiar la desviación de red doty la mira se puede mover a la derecha/izquierda. Y la propia mira puede adelantarse adicionalmente para ajustar el tiro en relación con la distancia al objetivo. Réplica es una excelente elección para todo amante de las armas clásicas e históricas, y por tanto un verdadero placer para los amantes de la recreación histórica.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
