The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Bien conocida entre los jugadores, la serie de rifles de francotirador con muelle réplicas vuelve en una nueva versión mejorada. Gracias al uso de un muelle principal más fuerte y de piezas internas reforzadas, réplicas en la versión mejorada genera una mayor tasa de liberación en la culata, lo que las hace aún más efectivas durante el juego
Francotirador estaba hecho de metal y plástico. La bancada junto con la culata, cargador y la cantonera son de polímero. Todos los demás elementos, como cañón externo, la cerradura, gatillou la tapa y el asa de recarga son metálicos. Para facilitar el transporte, réplica se entrega en dos partes, y la conexión de la cama con el cañón y la cerradura con unos pocos tornillos Allen es extremadamente sencilla.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
