The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El SRS-A2/M2 es una nueva serie de excelentes rifles de muelle réplicas de Silverback, producidos bajo licencia de la empresa americana Desert Tech®. Los SRS(Scout Recon Stealth) son compactos francotiradores enconfiguración bullpup . En la variante ligera"Sport", la carrocería, incluyendo gripem pistolaow, cargador y la cama son de plástico polímero. Otros elementos como la cámara de la cerradura, cañón externo, o muzzle son de aluminio, mientras que el mango de recarga y pestillo magasynka son de acero. La serie A2 es una versión revisada con un acabado y una ergonomía aún mejores y un rendimiento de la culata aún mejor.
Loscambios más importantes en laversión A2/M2 respecto a la anterior son:

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
