The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Dealta calidad, hecho de polímero duro y metal fusil de airsoft L96 AWS rifle de francotirador del legendario fabricante Tokyo Marui. Se caracteriza por la excelente calidad de los materiales utilizados, el ajuste de los elementos y la cultura de funcionamiento, lo que no es sorprendente en el caso de este fabricante.
La culata es de polímero con una textura ligeramente rugosa, mientras que el resto de las partes de réplicas son de metal: cañón, cerradura, gatillo, pistónuna unidad, suspensión delantera y trasera montura y carril RIS. Elperfil ergonómico culata está acabado con un pie de goma ajustable. Ajustable es también una almohadilla para las mejillas, las llaves Allen están incluidas. Debajo del cañón hay también montura un bípode
Réplica dispone de una cámara ajustable Hop-up cuyo pomo se encuentra en la parte inferior de la bancada, bajo el cañón. A pesar del pequeño número de FPS (aprox. 300) réplica debido a su rendimiento superior se caracteriza por una excelente precisión y alcance, es también una base ideal para la posible puesta a punto de la potencia

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
