The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica El M24 producido por A&K es réplica popular rifle de francotirador fusilen versión de resorte, equipado con un cierre de cuatro cañones. La cama fusilu ha sido fabricada con gran solidez enplástico reforzado de alta calidad. Culata está rematada con un cómodo pie de goma gruesa. Curiosamente, el pie tiene la posibilidad de ajustesuave , lo que permitirá ajustar la longitud de fusilu a la complexión y preferencias del tirador. En la cama también se encuentran dosgripde metal para fijar el cinturón táctico/suspensión. Réplica se nos entrega plegado y listo para la acción. Con el uso de una llave Allen, réplica puede desmontarse fácilmente en dos partes para facilitar su transporte. Juntarlos lleva literalmente un momento.
Aparte de la cama, todos los demás componentes son de metal, entre ellos. cañón interior aparte de la bancada, todas las demás piezas son metálicas, como el escudo en forma de U de gatillo, el conjunto de culata con asa de recarga y la guía del pie de la petaca. A pesar del resorte relativamente fuerte utilizado en réplica, la recarga no causa ningún problema - el mecanismo está muy bien equipado y se mueve muy suavemente.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
