The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Fusil de airsoft el fusil de francotirador con muelle MB4409D fabricado por WELL. La construcción interna se basó en la anterior y conocida serie MB de réplicas. Fusil está equipada con un cerrojo de cuatro cañones, que debe ser recargado antes de cada disparo. Réplica se fabricó en metal y plástico reforzado. El macizo cañón externo, bocacha, todos los raíles RIS montura, cargador y por supuesto el mecanismo interno junto con el conjunto gatilloy la empuñadura de recarga son de metal. La cama y el frasco son de plástico.
Réplica el rifle está equipado con 2 rieles RIS universales monturaow 22mm, que permiten montar toda una gama de ópticas red doty accesorios adicionales, por ejemplo, bípodes. La construcción de réplicas consta de 2 elementos principales: una cama con una culata y el mecanismo gatillocon un cañón. Ensamblar estos componentes en un todo lleva literalmente un momento y requiere el uso de unos pocos tornillos Allen. Esta solución facilita el transporte de réplicas. Además, con sólo pulsar un botón, se puede desmontar la culata con grip.
El mando de ajuste del sistema Hop-up se encuentra en la parte inferior de la cama. Esto proporciona un acceso inmediato, el ajuste de Hop-up puede ser corregido en tiempo real, incluso mientras se realiza el fuego
En la caja también encontrará un sólido, hecho de metal bipode de ajustablelongitud (montado en un carril RIS de 22 mm), así como un alcance 3-9x40 con aumento suave ajustablem, de dos partes monturaRIS y un conjunto de escudos.
Un metal cargador tipo low-cap con una capacidad de 30 rondas se adjunta a réplicas.
