The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Grip frontal con antorcha M500A para réplicas tipo M4
Grip frontal para réplicas tipo M4 con sistema de iluminación integradom. Está fabricado en plástico duradero y resistente a los daños mecánicos. Grip tiene un relieve compatible con los maniquíes de tubo de gasj. Un perfilado adecuado y una superficie antideslizante garantizan un grip seguro incluso con las manos mojadas. El zócalo de la antorcha principal y la linterna mirilla situada en la parte superior de gripu son integrados con gripem, no es posible demonturau ellos.
Linterna la principal es de metal, se monta en el zócalo con una rosca. El sistema se alimenta con pilas CR123 de 3 V, que no se incluyen en el juego. Todo el sistema se activa mediante el interruptor principal, mientras que el control de linternami es posible gracias a un botón de gel en la parte inferior y tres botones manuales situados en la parte superior de gripu. Linterna interruptor principal está equipado con un diodo LED en la tecnología SMD, gracias a la cual la luz es fuerte y el ángulo de iluminación amplia. Gracias al uso de una lente adecuada, la luz no se dispersa, sino que brilla direccionalmente con un fuerte chorro.
