The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Entre ellos se encuentran las fibras originales Kevlar®y Nomex®de DuPont®, así como el material de protección Keprotec®desarrollado por Schoeller Switzerland®. El confort, la transpirabilidad y el fácil ajuste a la mano del usuario se consiguen mediante el uso de Spandex, neopreno, pieles naturales y artificiales, entre otros.

Shooter Cut es el modelo básico de la familia de guantes Armored Claw, en su versión cortada. Su corte y los materiales utilizados en su fabricación proporcionan la máxima comodidad, flexibilidad y protección.
La capa exterior del guante Shooter está fabricada con elastano y neopreno, materiales que se caracterizan por su gran elasticidad y resistencia al estiramiento permanente. En el interior de la mano, encontramos cuero sintético de alta calidad y suaves protectores rellenos de espuma EVA, que aumentan el confort y la seguridad. Se utiliza una sola capa de cuero en las puntas de los dedos para una mejor gripy para facilitar un trabajo más preciso.
La parte inferior elástica del guante facilitará el ajuste de la muñeca, y hay un cómodo cierre de velcro en el interior para ajustar la circunferencia del guante.
