La réplicas, al igual que el inflamable original, está fabricada en su mayor parte de plástico ligero y duradero.El metal se utiliza para el cañón exterior , el supresor de llamas, un conjunto de dispositivos de puntería mecánicos y el carril RIS delantero, incluido el clip de cinturón portador. La carcasa de la corredera está hecha de acero. El diseño general está excepcionalmente bien equipado y equilibrado, la alta maniobrabilidad se ve reforzada por el uso de un cuerpo de petaca plegable lateralmente.
En la parte trasera y en la parte inferior de la empuñadura delantera hay raíles de montaje RIS universales de 22mm, que perminaten equipar la carabina con toda una gama de accesorios adicionales. El conjunto está realizado en un sistema modular que perminate intercambiar fácilmente, por ejemplo, una toma de cargador por un adaptador al estándar M4/M16. La batería se encuentra en el interior de la empuñadura delantera, su extracción lleva unos segundos y requiere la retirada de un pasador de montaje. Tanto la empuñadura de recarga como el selector de modo de disparo son de ambos lados, lo que garantiza un manejo cómodo tanto para diestros como para zurdos.
La última versión de la réplicas incorpora un innovador sistema de ajuste de la velocidad de descarga. Un tipo especial de guía de resorte está montado en la gearbox, la longitud - y por lo tanto la potencia de la réplicas - de que se ajusta por medio de un tornillo Allen. El rango de ajuste es ~360-400 FPS. El acceso al tornillo de ajuste es extremadamente fácil - sólo tiene que doblar la culata y colocar la llave Allen en el agujero visible de la pared posterior del cuerpo y la gearbox.
También en el interior de la réplicas se ha hecho con mucho cuidado. Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
