The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Lámpara Sofirn LT1S con batería recargable
La lámpara de Sofirn se ha fabricado con aluminio y maquinaria CNC. El aluminio se ha anodizado para aumentar la resistencia a los daños mecánicos y mejorar la disipación del calor.
La lámpara está equipada con un sistema de adred dottencia de bajo voltaje de la batería (parpadeo y apagado automático cuando el nivel de voltaje desciende por debajo de 2,7 V) y tecnología ATR para proteger contra el sobrecalentamiento.
Gracias a su diseño específico, que le permitirá iluminar la zona en un radio de 360 grados, una correa que permitirá fijar la linterna en cualquier lugar, la LT1S resultará útil para acampadas, barbacoas o actividades recreativas activas al aire libre. Se incluye un cable USB-C para cargar la batería y un juego de juntas tóricas de repuesto
La lámpara tiene la capacidad de emitir tanto luz cálida como luz fría y roja. El usuario puede ajustar la temperatura de la luz en consecuencia según sus necesidades o preferencias. Rango de iluminación de 1 a 500 lúmenes
