The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El lanzagranadas Airsoft de Vega Force Company M3 MAAWS está fabricado en aluminio, acero y plástico. Equivale a la red dotsión de combate del lanzagranadas que utilizan, entre otras, las unidades especiales de las fuerzas armadas estadounidenses.
A pesar de sus fieles dimensiones, el lanzagranadas es mucho más ligero: su peso, incluido el proyectil ficticio de 84 mm, oscila en torno a los 4,8 kg, dos veces menos que el equivalente de combate.
El lanz agranadas tiene la posibilidad de disparar bolas BB de varias formas - mediante un tapón especial atornillado al depósito de gas, un tapón de goma en el que se colocan las bolas o mediante tapones de 65 mm de diámetro.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
