The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Linterna táctico T260
La colección Theta Light de linternas LED tácticas es una excelente opción para cualquier usuario que busque una linterna eficaz, ligera y de gran potencia. Para la fabricación de la carcasa se ha utilizado aluminio anodizado, lo que hace que linterna sea duradera y ligera. La potencia luminosa máxima es de hasta 260 lúmenes con un alcance de hasta 100 metros.
Linterna está equipada con un reflector SMO (reflector liso) de superficie lisa, que proporciona una luz blanca muy bien enfocada. Las linternas Theta Light son resistentes a los factores externos, incluidos los golpes y el agua: son de clase IP66. Se alimenta con una pila tipo CR123 (no incluida).
La linterna utiliza unLED Cree XR-E Q5 de alta calidad, que tiene hasta 5 modos de luz que se activan al pulsar sucesivamente el interruptor. El interruptor está situado en la parte posterior de la linterna. Linterna tienememoria de modo - para volver al último modo utilizado después de encender la linterna de nuevo, apague la linterna pulsando el interruptor durante 3 segundos.
