The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Linterna táctico T1000
La familia de linternas LED tácticas Theta Light es una excelente opción para cualquier usuario que busque una linterna eficaz, ligera y de gran potencia. Para la producción de la carcasa en maraílch CNC se ha utilizado aluminio anodizado duro AL-6061-T6, gracias al cual linterna es extremadamente duradero, y al mismo tiempo se caracteriza por su bajo peso. La potencia lumínica máxima es de hasta 1000 lúmenes, con un alcance de hasta 500 metros.
Linterna está equipado con un reflector SMO (reflector liso) de superficie lisa, que proporciona una luz blanca muy bien enfocada. Las linternas Theta Light son resistentes a los factores externos, incluidos los golpes y el agua - son de clase IP68. La alimentación se realiza mediante dos pilas 18650 (no incluidas).
¡El modelo C1000 resultará excelente tanto como independiente linterna, como una fuente de luz fija en un arma de fuego, o réplica airsoft!
La linterna utiliza un diodo Cree XM-L2 (2S) de alta calidad , tiene hasta 5 modos de luz y una pulseragrip. Los modos se activan pulsando sucesivamente el interruptor. El interruptor está situado en la parte trasera de la linterna. Linterna tienememoria de modo - para volver al último modo utilizado después de encenderla de nuevo, apague la linterna pulsando el interruptor durante 3 segundos.
