The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Hecho de material duradero, case Gun Maletín 136 cm company Specna Armas features durabilidad, resistencia a la humedad y a los golpes. La maleta es una solución red dotsátil para aquellos que quieren transportar de forma segura su equipo táctico, réplica ASG, pero también armas de fuego.
El interior de la maleta está equipado con 4 inserciones blandas. Dos de ellas son inserciones especiales Pick y Pluck,lo que permitirá que el contenido quepa con precisión en la inserción arrancando pequeños cuadrados con la forma requerida. La maleta permite transportar una réplica de máx. 130 cm. y accesorios adicionales: cargadores, ópticas, etc. La maleta ha sido diseñada para cumplir las normas de la IP67 y resistencia a daños mecánicos a IK08.
La maleta está fabricada con material duradero y resistente al calor y al frío, lo que garantiza la seguridad del equipo transportado. Todo el maletín se puede cerrar con llave siete broches sólidos. Para mayor seguridad, puede utilizar agujeros del candado (los candados deben adquirirse por separado). Las robustas asas de transporte te ayudarán a mored dotte con la maleta y una junta de goma colocada en el interior de la solapa protege contra la suciedad y el polvo.
El maletín está equipado con válvula reguladora de presión y ruedas de transporte. La parte frontal de la funda está decorada con el logotipo de la marca Specna Armas
