The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Colimador Mini Frenzy-S 1x16x22 AUT
El colimador Mini Frenzy-S pertenece al segmento clase premium de la marca Vector Optics. Este pequeño monstruo se caracteriza por aluminio construcción a partir de la ya famosa aleación 6061-T6, además, toda la estructura está envuelta en una carcasa de goma . El resultado final es un índice de impermeabilidad IPX4. El colimador está equipado con un sistema de ajuste automático del brillo del punto. El colimador es alimentado por una batería CR2032. Tiene un total de 10 grados de iluminación punto de mira en forma de punto 3 MOA. Por último, también merece la pena mencionar el peso de 12,4g, que hace que este modelo esté entre los mejores mini colimadores más ligeros. En definitiva, estamos ante un producto de hardware de alta gama que está diseñado por defecto para su uso en armas de fuego.
