The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Mochila FAST EDC
LamochilaFAST EDC de Flyye es la opción ideal tanto para el uso diario como para el uso off-road. La mochila tiene cuatro compartimentos separados y dos asas externas, una en cada uno de los dos lados. La mochila es totalmente compatible con el sistema MOLLE. Las correas de monturaestán colocadas no sólo en el exterior, sino también en el interior de la mochila, lo que permite colocar bolsas adicionales también como bolsillos de organización interna.
La mochila mide 500 x 300 x 200 mm y está equipada con un compartimento acolchado para el ordenador portátil de 500 x 300 mm situado en la misma parte trasera (alternativamente, puede servir como funda para el cartucho de hidratación). El compartimento principal está equipado con un bolsillo lateral de malla de 310 x 250 mm. En la parte delantera de la mochila, debajo de la solapa desmontable MOLLE, podemos encontrar un pequeño compartimento administrativo con unas dimensiones de 300 x 300 mm, equipado con divisores internos que permiten colocar cómodamente los objetos pequeños. En la base de la mochila se encuentra otro compartimento de 200 x 300 mm. Los dos bolsillos laterales de 300 x 200 mm cada uno son ideales para llevar comida, mapas u otros objetos a los que hay que acceder rápida y fácilmente
La mochila está hecha de Invista CORDURA 1000D impermeable y está equipada con cremalleras YKK.
