The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Mochila médica Wosport BP-147
Fabricada con Cordura resistente, la mochila médica del fabricante Wosport. El modelo se caracteriza por su durabilidad, amplio espacio para el equipo médico esencial y alta funcionalidad.
El compartimento principal de la mochila se cierra con una cremallera bidireccional. El interior está forrado con velcro suave para sujetar organizadores que facilitan el transporte de ayudas médicas esenciales (los organizadores deben adquirirse por separado). El interior tiene unas dimensiones de 35x23 cm.
Además, el modelo dispone de bolsillos:
- En la parte delantera 3 - cerrados con cremallera. Cada bolsillo tiene un velcro interior para una mejor organización.
- 2 bolsillos planos - en la parte trasera. También cerrados con cremallera.
Además, el lateral y la parte superior de la BP-147 disponen de enganches que, en combinación con, por ejemplo, un cordón elástico, pueden utilizarse para transportar accesorios adicionales como tijeras de rescate o stasis tácticos (se incluyen 2 cordones con la mochila)
La mochila se puede llevar de forma clásica - con arnés ajustable y correa de pecho, pero al mismo tiempo se pueden utilizar las asas de maleta o el asa de la parte superior del producto.
