The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola Novritsch TP 22 airsoft
La pistola airsoft de Novritsch se caracteriza por su peso ligero, pero con una calidad de construcción y un rendimiento muy elevados.
El modelo está fabricado en metal y plástico. Tiene una empuñadura ergonómica con una superficie rugosa - especialmente útil en climas cálidos - y un raíl RIS bajo el cañón, que permite acoplar una linterna o un láser. Además, el modelo cuenta con una montura de red dot (dos adaptadores incluidos), miras de fibra óptica para disparar con precisión en todas las condiciones, y un cañón de 6,04 mm.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
