The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pantalones BDU 2.0
Pantalones BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) equipados con 7 bolsillos. Fabricado con tejido RipStopcompuesto por un 65% de poliéster y un 35% de algodón, que se caracteriza por su alta resistencia a la abrasión y al desgarro. Además, el material ha sido impregnado con una capa que aumenta la resistencia a la suciedad.
Con un diseño magnífico, funcionales y fabricados con atención al detalle, garantizan una durabilidad extraordinaria en todas las condiciones. El corte clásico de las BDU (los pantalones se denominarían comúnmente botas de combate) ha sufrido modificaciones modernas.
Los pantalones están equipadoscon 7 bolsillos:dos en las caderas, dos en la espalda cerrados con velcro, dos bolsillos de carga de gran capacidad que pueden albergar una gran cantidad de equipamiento y un bolsillo plano en el muslo en el que cabe un teléfono o un cargador de repuesto. Además, por encima de los bolsillos de carga, se ha colocado un pequeño compartimentoen el centro para colocar unbolígrafo.
Laapertura se cierra con una cremallera fabricada por la conocida empresa japonesa YKK, mientras que la principal pestillo está fabricada por Prym. En la parte inferior de las piernas hay correas de nylon para atar los pantalones alrededor de la pierna o el zapato. Los pantalonesestán reforzados en las rodillas y en las nalgas con una capa adicional de material.
