The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pantalones tácticos tipo G3
Universal pantalones tácticos, que se probará no sólo en el campo de batalla de airsoft, sino también en cualquier otra situación que requiera el uso de ropa funcional. Tienen un corte cómodo y una distribución ergonómica de los bolsillos. Los pantalones se han cosido con un robusto tejido NYCO, que es una mezcla de algodón y poliéster, que ofrece un compromiso favorable entre durabilidad y transpirabilidad. La estructura Rip-stop de refuerzo aumenta la resistencia del tejido a los daños y desgarros.
Los pantalones tienen un revestimiento adicional de Teflon® DuPont™, que hace que el material sea parcialmente impermeable y resistente a los olores.
La circunferencia de la pierna en las rodilleras y la parte inferior del pantalón se puede ajustar mediante correas de velcro, y las rodillas están equipadas con rodilleras de plástico resistente y espuma suave. Las rodilleras son extraíbles, por lo que se pueden quitar en unos segundos si es necesario. El pantalón cuenta con un total de 10 bolsillos, incluidos los amplios bolsillos laterales tipo cargo y los bolsillos en la parte inferior de las piernas. Los bolsillos se cierran con solapas de velcro.
La cintura con cordón elimina la necesidad de usar un cinturón de pantalón. La apertura se cierra con una cremallera y el botón se sustituye por un cierre de velcro.
