The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La Pistola ASG de gas red dotde dispone de un cerrojo de aleación de aluminio con un "Blow Back" -un sistema realista que hace que la cabeza de cilindro se retraiga después de cada disparo y la deja en posición trasera cuando se agota la munición del cargador.
La pistola ha sido equipada con una placa RMR, esto permite montar fácilmente una mira colimadora. Además, el modelo ha sido equipado con un raíl RIS bajo el cañón, lo que permitirá la fijación de una linterna o puntero láser.
PTS ZEV ED-Brown 1911 ha sido equipada con un seguro en la empuñadura de la pistola y un seguro de ala de doble cara, lo que evitará el disparo después de la recarga.
El rasgo característico de este modelo es su sólida construcción, especialmente de acero, entre otros: la unidad de amartillamiento y el fiador. La válvula del cargador también es de acero.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
