The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola Cybergun x Springfield XDM 3.8" Compact airsoft
La pistola airsoft de Cybergun, con licencia de Springfield Armory, ha sido equipada con un cerrojo metálico y un armazón de polímero.
El cerrojo tiene estampado XDM, Compact 3.8, el logotipo del fabricante de armas de fuego Springfield Armory, las marcas SPRINGFIELD ARMORY U.S.A y el número de serie de la pistola.
En la cabeza de cilindro se encuentran los dispositivos mecánicos de puntería - incluyendo una pajarita de fibra óptica y costillas que permitirán un manejo más fácil de la pistola.
Bajo el cañón, el usuario puede encontrar un raíl RIS, que permitirá acoplar accesorios adicionales como una linterna o un láser. Además, bajo el cañón se encuentra un seguro de gatillo. El carcasa de la pistola tiene una empuñadura ergonómica - hay un seguro en la empuñadura, que impedirá el disparo de la pistola si no se presiona. Un seguro adicional en la réplica es el seguro del gatillo. La XDM tiene un liberador de cargador en ambos lados. Nada más sacarla de la caja, la pistola tiene un liberador de cargador tanto para tiradores diestros como zurdos.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
