The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Pistola de airsoft fabricado por la apreciada empresa Umarex. Gracias a la licencia completa de la fábrica italiana Pietro Beretta S.p.A, podemos disfrutar del ojo con las marcas originales colocadas en réplica, así como la denominación auténtica. Se trata de réplica con accionamiento eléctrico, uno de los modelos más populares de pistolas en el catálogo de Beretta.
Para la producción de réplicas se utilizó metal y plástico polimérico. Toda la cerradura y el mecanismo interno, incluidos el cañón y gatilloson de metal. Otros elementos, como el marco, cargador y el revestimiento del mango, eran de plástico. En la parte trasera de la cerradura hay un selector de modo de disparo de doble cara con fusibleem. Réplica permite el disparo simple o continuo
Debajo del cañón, hay un raíl RIS de 22 mm montura, que permite equipar pistola con varios accesorios adicionales. Réplica se alimenta de una batería integrada de 7,2 V y 300 mAh, situada en el mango pistola. Se incluye un cargador específico para la batería
El cargador incluido es de plástico, su capacidad es de 30 bolas.
