The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Pistola de airsoft con un accionamiento gasfabricado por VORSK. Réplica está hecho de metal y plástico de alta calidad. El plástico tiene una cómoda grip pistola owy con la posibilidad de ajustar el tamaño a través de tapas especiales. Además, se ha mejorado la textura de gripu para que sea más cómodo y seguro gripu. Las pequeñas piezas internas y externas también son de plástico. El cerrojo, el magwell, cargador y red dot BDS son de metal.
La cerradura se ha dotado de una muesca en la parte delantera para reducir el peso y mejorar su aspecto. El cañón exterior tiene en el extremo un adaptador desenroscable para un silenciador con rosca CCW de 14 mm.
El depósito de gasov se encuentra en el magasynk que tiene capacidad para 24 bolas. Réplica tiene un sistema de Blow Back, que aumenta significativamente el realismo del uso de réplicas cuando se dispara al retraer la culata cada vez, al igual que la versión de fuego. Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
