The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Umarex presenta la GreenGas réplica pistola VP9, diseñada originalmente por Hekler & Koch. Umarex es conocida por sus frecuentes colaboraciones con fabricantes de armas de fuego. Gracias a ello, se han colocado llamativas marcas originales en el cañón y la caja, idénticas a las del prototipo de arma de fuego.
Perfectamente diseñado y fabricado pistola. Está perfectamente equilibrado y todos los manipuladores están al alcance del pulgar. Además, el diseño es ligero - pesa 725g incluyendo cargadoresy, lo más importante, como corresponde a pistola, es muy corto. La comodidad y la ergonomía de uso son las características más destacadas de este modelo.
El esqueleto de réplicas está hecho de polímero de alta calidad de un agradable color mate. Bajo el cañón se encuentra raíl montura owa RIS 22mm, gracias a la cual podemos equipar pistola con varios accesorios adicionales. El cierre móvil que imita el retroceso durante el disparo (sistema Blow-back) y todos los mecanismos son de metal, lo que garantiza la durabilidad réplicas
El cargador incluido está hecho de metal y plástico y tiene una capacidad de 15 pellets.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
