The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola de airsoft HGC-194FB-C - Semi Auto
El arma de airsoft fabricada por HFC que funciona con una bombona de CO2 estándar de 12g. Se trata de una pistola de gas – full metal fabricada íntegramente en metal - sólo los cubres del grip son de plástico, siguiendo el ejemplo del arma de fuego original.
La versión Full Auto ofrece modo automático, lo que proporciona una gran ventaja en el campo de batalla del airsoft.
El arma tiene un fusible bilateral, cómodo de manejar con el pulgar. La réplica está equipada con un sistema blow-back realista, que hace que la corredera de la réplica se retroceda después de cada disparo, al igual que cuando se utiliza un arma de fuego. Después de disparar la última bola del cargador de munición, la corredera permanece en la posición trasera. La réplica también cuenta con el sistema hop-up ajustable.
La réplica viene con un cargador de munición de metal de CO2 con una capacidad de 24 bolas. Toda la unidad se presenta en una sólida maleta de transporte de polímero.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
