The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Pistola de airsoft de gas se basa enHi-capa 5.2K.La estructura principal de pistola se ha fabricado en metal, mientras que los revestimientos de gripu pistolaow con textura perfilada son de plástico resistente. El perfecto acabado y ajuste de las piezas garantiza un funcionamiento preciso y sin problemas de réplicas.
Réplica está equipado con un ala de doble cara fusible, que bloquea el mecanismo gatillou y evita los disparos accidentales. El acceso a fusiblea es muy fácil tanto para zurdos como para diestros: la palanca del mecanismo está situada al alcance del pulgar. Este modelo está equipado con una parte trasera funcional fusibleun prensador. Obliga a la correcta grip para poder disparar.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
