The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica pistola El H9 se desarrolló gracias a una estrecha colaboración entre las empresas estadounidenses EMG y Hudson Mfg. Utilizando los esquemas y las especificaciones del original, EMG ha conseguido diseñar réplica 1:1 que refleja eldiseño y la funcionalidaddel arma de fuego .
Pistola cuenta con unpotente sistema blow-back que imita la sensación de disparar un arma real. Al igual que en el caso del original inflamable, después de disparar el último tiro de bolas, el cierre de pistola se bloquea en la posición trasera. Debajo del cañón, hay un carril RIS / Picatinnyde 22mm , gracias al cual podemos equipar réplica con accesorios adicionales como iluminación táctica, o red doty láser. También hay una mosca de fibra óptica y una culata ajustable montada en la parte trasera de la cerradura
La Hudson™ H9 combina las mejores características de la icónica 1911 y los diseños contemporáneos. Se incluye un metal cargador green gas con una capacidad de 25 balas.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
