The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Fabricado en plástico flexible de alta calidad (grip pistola owy, tapa gatillou y parte inferior del esqueleto) y una aleación uniforme de zinc y aluminio (cerradura de dos piezas, cargador) réplica del legendario israelí pistola fabricado por KWC. La corredera y la mayoría de las piezas pequeñas son de metal, mientras que el armazón es de plástico pistola.
Por su tamaño, réplica corresponde a la versión de fuego (1:1). Una ventaja importante de este modelo es también la capacidad de cargador con una capacidad de 22 cartuchos.
Gracias al uso de dióxido de carbono conjugado como fuente de propulsión, réplica tiene una velocidad de descarga inicial razonable de ~390 FPS. Cabe destacar que en cada disparo se consume una cantidad importante de gasu para mover la pesada corredera. Gracias a este sistema extremadamente espectacular blow-back, réplica garantiza una experiencia adicional e inolvidable en cada disparo.
El tipo de gasu utilizado como fuente de accionamiento permite el uso de réplicas también en condiciones de baja temperatura exterior. También hay que recordar el mantenimiento y la lubricación de réplicas.
El uso del sistema ajustableit Hop-up garantiza el mantenimiento de una trayectoria de vuelo estable y prolongada bolas por el hecho de introducir el proyectil en movimiento rotativo inverso.
Réplica es, en cuanto a pistola, extremadamente pesado y al mismo tiempo de construcción muy sólida. Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
