The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica producido por KJW estaba hecho casi por completo de metal. Los únicos elementos de plástico son el revestimiento de gripu y algunas pequeñas piezas del mecanismo interno.
El modelo está muy cuidado y bien equilibrado, lo que aumenta considerablemente su estabilidad durante el uso. El gran peso de pistola -casi un kilo- no sólo aumenta el realismo, sino que también ayuda a equilibrar el efecto de un fuerte sistema de blow-back.
Es importante destacar que réplica puede desmontarse fácil y rápidamente para su limpieza, lo que es muy importante cuando se utilizan modelos de gasowych.
Réplica tiene un ala derecha fusible situada al alcance del pulgar. Otra forma de protección contra el disparo accidental, por ejemplo, como resultado de enganchar gatilloem en la funda, es un bloqueo situado en la parte posterior de grip. Es imposible disparar si réplica no se sostiene en la mano de forma correcta.
Se trata de un sistema muy realista blow-back. Con cada disparo sucesivo, el bloqueo réplicas se desplaza hacia atrás y luego vuelve a su posición inicial mientras se carga otro balín en la recámara. Después del último disparo y de golpear la cargador vacía, la cerradura permanece en la posición trasera. Esta "patada" es muy fuerte, lo que sin duda es una delicia para los aficionados al mayor realismo del juego.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
