The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola de airsoft Libélula
La alta calidad de pistola de airsoft de la marca APS, con una apariencia de combate, se caracteriza principalmente por su alto rendimiento y sus excelentes piezas equipado, tanto externas como internas. Está hecho completamente de elementos metálicos. Grip pistolaowy es de plástico y está recubierto de una textura antideslizante.
El sistema Blow Back hace que el disparo desde réplicas reproduzca el disparo desde su homólogo de arma de fuego, por ejemplo, debido al retroceso de la culata (BlowBack) o al bloqueo en la posición trasera tras el disparo de la última bala
La decoración de la culata mejora grip, y la construcción esquelética reduce el peso y mejora su funcionamiento. La plata cañón externo oculta un cañón interno de precisión de 6,03 mm. Los instrumentos de opticas están totalmente equipados con fibra óptica, lo que seguramente acelerará el proceso de puntería y ayudará a utilizar el pistola en entornos con poca luz.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
