The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Pistola laDS 2011 es una réplica única creada en cooperación entre EMG, una empresa dedicada al airsoft personalizado réplicas, y Salient Arms International™, un reconocido fabricante de armas de fuego de Estados Unidos. Lasmarcasoriginalesdel fabricante de Salient Arms International™ han sido aplicadas a la cerradura metálica y al cañón. Réplica está equipada con un mecanismo de bloqueo de doble cara fusible ala gatillou y evitar disparos accidentales. El acceso a fusiblea es muy fácil tanto para zurdos como para diestros: la palanca del mecanismo está situada al alcance del pulgar. Este modelo utiliza una presión trasera funcional fusible, que obliga a disparar la grip correcta. La lengüeta personalizada gatilloowy y la palanca de amarre dan a la réplica un aspecto interesante y llamativo. También llaman la atención los elementos de cañónes externosj pintados en oro.
Pistola tieneun potente sistema blow-back, que imita la sensación de disparar un arma real. Como en el original del arma de fuego, después de disparar el último tiro de bolas, el pistola se bloquea en la posición trasera. Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
