The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola de airsoft SR-911 Desert Commando
pistola de airsoft La SR-911 Desert Commando es una pistola con retroceso de gas gasfabricada por SRC. Pistola está hecha prácticamente en su totalidad de metal, con sólo los revestimientos de la gripu de plástico. Gracias a los materiales utilizados y a su justo peso, réplica da una impresión muy sólida y realista.
Gracias a las gruesas cubiertas de goma de gripu, la réplica se siente mucho mejor y más segura en la mano que la clásica 1911.
Réplica cuenta con el sistema Gas Blow Back, que hace que la culata se mueva con cada disparo, lo que aumenta el realismode y acerca la experiencia de disparo al uso de las armas de fuego reales. Al igual que en el original, después de disparar el último tiro bolas, el cerrojo permanece en la posición trasera, después de insertar ungasynk completo debe ser liberado moviendo el cerrojo. Pistola está equipado con un de doble cara fusible y un fusible trasero gripowy. Pistola dispone de un sistema Hop-up, el acceso a su regulación se realiza tras retirar el cierre.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
