The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la pistola M92 Eagle
La réplicas de la M92 producida por la CE está modelada según el diseño de la pistola más popular de la producción italiana. La réplicas se hizo con la máxima atención al detalle. Los materiales utilizados hacen que su peso sea siminalar al original.
En la parte trasera de la culata, hay un seguro de ala flexible. El seguro de alas es también el selector de modo de fuego, ya que el M92 tiene la capacidad de realizar fuego continuo.
A través del uso del sistema de retroceso por soplado, también se ha conseguido acercar el uso a su homólogo inflamable - el sistema pone en marcha una recámara ficticia, que se retrae con cada disparo y permanece en la posición trasera cuando se vacía el cargador. Esto crea un efecto de "patada" en la réplicas y mejora enormemente la experiencia y el disfrute del disparo. La M9A1 también se caracteriza por un gatillo de funcionaminaento muy suave.
La réplicas viene con un cargador metálico que, además del depósito de de de gas, tiene capacidad para 26 balines.
