The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Entre otros modelos de pistolas de gas de airsoft, la EC-1103 se distingue por el hecho de que, además de fuego único, también dispone de fuego continuo. El cut off, situado en el lado izquierdo del peine (encima del pulgar), permitirá cambiar el modo de disparo en una fracción de segundo, haciendo que tengamos en nuestras manos una réplica que será capaz de bañar rápida y eficazmente al equipo contrario con una lluvia de bolas, dándonos ventaja en el campo de airsoft.
El arma se ha fabricado con metal y plástico. La cabeza de cilindro de la réplica está hecha de metal (la cabeza de cilindro tiene una muesca en la parte superior, que añade carácter al conjunto y reduce ligeramente el peso de la propia cabeza de cilindro), que tiene muescas rugosas para facilitar la recarga del modelo. Algunas piezas internas y manipuladores (por ejemplo, la caída de la cabeza de cilindro o el cut off del modo de disparo) y los pasadores también son de metal. Además, el cuerpo del cargador es de metal. El carcasa de la pistola es de plástico resistente - bajo el cañón hay un raíl de montaje, que permitirá equipar el modelo con una serie de accesorios adicionales, como linternas o láseres. La empuñadura de la pistola goza de una agradable textura ergonómica, que facilitará el control del modelo en todas las condiciones. La EC-1103 cuenta con un sistema Blow Back: cada pulsación del gatillo provoca un blow-back de la cabeza de cilindro, que aprieta el gallito, y el movimiento de retorno hacia delante introduce el cartucho en el cañón. En una situación en la que no hay bolas en el cargador, la recámara permanece en posición trasera. Su liberación es posible tirando de la palanca de caída de la recámara.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
