The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El protector auditivo activo M30 de Earmor™ está diseñado para deportes de tiro, entornos técnicos ruidosos y para cazadores
Dos micrófonos capturangripy dirigen el sonido a los altavoces. Amplifica los sonidos bajos y, cuando detecta un ruido peligroso para el oído, lo reduce instantáneamente a un nivel seguro de 82 dB, lo que permite al usuario seguir siendo plenamente consciente de su entorno y de sus órdenes al disparar un arma de fuego
Funciona con 2 pilas AAA de 1,5v (no suministradas) con una duración de ~350 horas. El sistema de desconexión automática de los protectores auriculares después de 4 horas sin intervención del usuario proporciona protección contra el abandono indeseado de los auriculares y el agotamiento de las pilas. Los auriculares tienen 3 niveles de volumen
Los auriculares y la cubierta de la diadema están equipados con fundas suaves y delicadas que proporcionan una comodidad de uso excepcionalmente alta. Además, los auriculares tienen una toma Mini Jack de 3,5 mm y un cable Mini Jack - Mini Jack, gracias a los cuales el usuario puede utilizar el reproductor de mp3 / teléfono o, tras conectarlo a una perla con dicha toma, la radio para comunicarse
